As a client service associate and office manager at Williams Financial, Michelle Metcalfe values her role as the first point of contact prospects and clients interact with when they enter Williams Financial. Whether answering the phones, preparing for meetings, or managing schedules and appointments, Michelle plays an essential role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly while prioritizing client relationships.
After graduating from high school in Bennington, Vermont, Michelle began her career as the office coordinator at Shaftsbury Medical Associates. Throughout her 27 years there, Michelle filled many roles, including coordinator for their substance abuse program and the office’s HIPPA compliance officer. In addition to these responsibilities, she took pride in coming alongside every person she interacted with and letting each of them know they were valued as individuals, not just numbers.
Ever since joining the team in 2022, Michelle has brought this same consideration and care to her work at Williams Financial, balancing the administrative and relational aspects of the job with ease.
Michelle still resides in Bennington, VT, with her husband Geoff and sidekick Gunner, the family’s 11-year-old black lab. Michelle and Geoff have adult twins, Austin and Alyvia. In her spare time, Michelle loves to host dinner parties for family and friends, stay active in the gym and spend time tending to her flower gardens.
